You start it from the upgrade page in the app, and you get everything in Pro for seven days. It is offered once per person. When the seven days end it becomes a paid subscription and renews automatically, so cancel before then if Pro is not for you.
Nothing you recorded is lost. If a recording takes you past 300 minutes, it still finishes; more minutes arrive at the start of the next month. After two Ask Ona questions in a day, you can ask again tomorrow. Either limit goes away on Pro.

Yes. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your account moves to Free on its own.
They stay. Free has no time limit on your history, so every conversation, with its transcript and summary, remains in your account and searchable. Only the Free limits apply to what you record next.
No. Google Calendar, Outlook, Notion, Google Drive, Slack, Asana and Linear all connect on Free. What Pro adds is the work that uses them on its own: Tasks, and the playbooks that send things to those apps.
