The Mac app needs macOS 14.4 or later, on Apple silicon or Intel. The web app runs in any modern browser, with nothing to install.
No. One account works everywhere: install the Mac app where you take most of your meetings, and use the web app anywhere else. Your meetings, notes and Ask Ona history stay in sync between them.
No, the RecordPen is optional. It's for recording conversations away from a screen, like a walk-and-talk or an in-person meeting. Everything it captures syncs to your account the same as a phone or desktop recording.
