Yes. The Teams plan supports SAML single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so people are added and removed through your identity provider. Seats deactivate the moment someone leaves the directory.
Admins can set an org-wide retention window, and transcripts and summaries older than it are deleted everywhere. Individuals can always delete their own meetings sooner — a delete removes the meeting from every place it was shared.
