Hover
Ona on every screen
A small overlay that stays one tap away on desktop and phone. Capture a thought, ask a question, or start recording without leaving what you're doing.
One tap from anywhere
Hover sits quietly at the edge of your screen, on your laptop and your phone. One tap — or one keyboard shortcut — opens Ona over whatever you're doing: a document, a call, someone else's app. No window hunting, no lost context.
Ask about what's on screen
Reading an email thread about the Northwind renewal? Open Hover and ask what you agreed with them, right there. Answers come from your meeting memory and cite the conversation they came from, so you can check the source in one tap.
Capture before it's gone
Half-formed thoughts rarely survive an app switch. Tap Hover, say it or type it, and it lands in your Ona memory — filed with today's context, searchable later, and surfaced the next time you ask about the topic.
What Hover puts one tap away
The whole assistant, folded into a pill at the edge of your screen.
Instant recording
Start or stop a recording from any screen. The meeting goes straight into your memory, notes and all.
Quick capture
Speak or type a note in seconds. Ona files it with today's context so it resurfaces when it matters.
Ask Ona anywhere
Ask about any meeting you've ever had without opening the app. Answers cite the conversation they came from.
On-screen context
On desktop, ask about the page you're looking at. Ona reads it only when you ask, never on its own.
Keyboard shortcut
One global shortcut opens Hover on desktop. On your phone, the pill is always a thumb's reach away.
Out of the way
Hover collapses to a small pill you can drag anywhere — or hide entirely. The shortcut still works.
Hover, answered
Hover is Ona's floating panel — a small pill that sits over your other apps on desktop and phone. Tap it and the full assistant opens where you are: you can start a recording, capture a note, or ask a question about any meeting, then dismiss it and carry on. It saves the trip to the app.
No. Hover is idle until you tap it. On desktop it can read the current screen when you explicitly ask about it — the question is answered and nothing is stored unless you save it. It never records audio or reads your screen on its own, and you can turn on-screen context off entirely in settings.
Hover runs on macOS and Windows as part of the desktop app, and on iOS and Android as an overlay you can summon from anywhere. Everything you capture syncs to the same memory, so a thought caught on your phone is there when you ask from your laptop.
Yes. Drag the pill to any edge of the screen, hide it for specific apps, or turn it off entirely — the keyboard shortcut keeps working either way. Hover stays out of screen shares by default, so it never appears in what your meeting sees.
